Bad publicity for Apple - An opportunity to appreciate the challenges of managing a large supply chain? Or, evidence of corrupt corporate ethics?

I was working before I was 15. The issue for me is the repeated identification of poor working conditions. One of the big challenges for any global corporation is holding all points of their supply chain accountable. Personally, I hope that bad publicity like this forces Apple to tighten-up on their 3rd party manufactures/partners.
